NO VENDORS WILL BE ALLOWED TO CAMP/STAY NIGHT AT COPPER CREEK HEADQUARTERS. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY. FOOD TRUCKS ARE ALLOWED TO BE PARKED OVER NIGHT.

Set-Up/Parking/Take-Down

SATURDAYS: You may setup at 8:30AM -10:30AM.

Event Hours on Saturday are 9:00AM - 5:00PM

SUNDAYS: You may setup at 10:30AM - 11:00AM

Event Hours on Sunday are 11:00AM - 4:00PM

BOTH SATURDAY and SUNDAY: We encourage vendors to be with us both days. We are able to allow your trucks to stay over night so you don’t have to setup twice. However, we cannot allow any camping or people staying over night on the property. Please make arrangements accordingly. Friday evenings are also an option to set up as well. Please coordinate with Kaylee from Copper Creek.

We ask that you please refrain from packing up early. We would appreciate you staying until closing time as we tell our guests and customers you will be here for the day.
